This policy explains what personal data MotoSparesHub (motospareshub.com) collects, why, and how you can control it. MotoSparesHub is operated by Seeco Industries, C-8, SMA Industrial Estate, Delhi 110033, India.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, billing and delivery address, phone number and email address, and the items you buy. We need these to process, deliver and support your order and to keep tax and accounting records.
- Payments: payments are processed by PhonePe. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on PhonePe’s secure pages and are not stored by us. We receive only the payment status and a transaction reference.
- Account: if you create an account, we store your login email, a securely hashed password, your saved addresses and your order history.
- Contact form and emails: the name, email, phone number and message you send us, so that we can reply.
- Cookies: small files that keep your cart, wishlist, comparison list and login working. They are needed for the shop to function.
- Technical data: like any website, our server and security software record IP addresses and browser details to keep the site secure and prevent fraud.
How we use it
We use your data only to fulfil orders, deliver parts, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

- Courier and logistics partners, to deliver your order (name, address and phone number only).

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve your query. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
